Praveen Surana is a seasoned finance and legal professional with extensive academic qualifications and over 15 years of professional experience in taxation, auditing, valuation, and financial advisory.

He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Commerce Graduate from University of Calcutta. His academic and professional credentials include:

Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) - ICAI
Certified Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection Professional (FAFD) - ICAI

Throughout his professional journey, he has gained diverse experience in Taxation, Accounting, Auditing, Valuation, Ind AS implementation, Inspection, and Investigations. He possesses strong expertise in GST advisory, Income Tax assessments, and strategic consultancy for corporate houses, manufacturing units, and business enterprises.

Before establishing his practice, he worked with reputed organizations including D.B. Desai & Co., Haribhakti & Co., Dunlop India Limited, and Sheth Group, where he gained significant exposure to corporate finance, compliance, and advisory services.

Mr. Surana is also actively involved in professional education. He serves as a Visiting Faculty at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (Howrah Chapter) and has delivered multiple professional sessions under the banner of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), ICAI, and ICWAI.

Apart from his professional practice, he has a deep interest in Vedic Astrology and has guided over 8,000 individuals seeking astrological insights and consultation. He is also the founder of ASTROSHRAMAN, a dedicated platform for astrological services and research.
